CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ! Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking any service with Sxyn by Me.E, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are strictly enforced and apply to all clients without exception. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service total. • Same-day cancellations are considered within the 24-hour window and will be charged 100% of the service total. • No exceptions. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened or canceled at the provider’s discretion. • If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly. • Full service time is not guaranteed for late arrivals. ⸻ No Call / No Show • No call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. • Payment authorization at booking constitutes consent for all applicable charges. ⸻ Booking Privileges • Clients who no call/no show, cancel within 24 hours, or repeatedly arrive late may lose booking privileges. • Future appointments may require approval. ⸻ Acknowledgment By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above. Failure to comply does not exempt the client from applicable charges. ⸻ Final Note These policies exist to protect the time, preparation, and availability of a solo esthetician who reserves appointments exclusively for each client. Respect for scheduled time ensures fairness, professionalism, and consistent service for all.
