Your appointment will always begin with a professional consultation, and services may be adjusted based on your skin’s needs and what is in your best interest. Your consultation and skin health always come first. APPOINTMENT DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS • Appointment Policy: All services are provided by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted. • Appointment Duration: Appointments range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the service and your skin’s needs. This time includes consultation, treatment, dressing time, and checkout. Please arrive on time to allow for a smooth and complete experience. • Arrival Preparation: Clients are highly encouraged to arrive with a clean face and no makeup, though this is not a requirement. A double cleanse is always included in all treatments to ensure proper skin preparation. • Prescription & Active Ingredients: To ensure skin safety and optimal results: • Discontinue prescription-strength skincare (including but not limited to retinol, tretinoin, glycolic acid, dapsone, azelaic acid) at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. • If you are currently using Retin-A or Tretinoin, a minimum of 6 months off use is required before certain advanced treatments. • Pregnancy Policy: No advanced treatments are performed at any stage of pregnancy. Pregnancy-safe services may be available upon consultation. • First-Time Client Restrictions: First-time clients are not permitted to book chemical peels. No exceptions. A consultation and introductory facial are required before progressing to advanced exfoliation. • Combination Treatment Policy: Clients may only book combination treatments that involve peels. if they have previously received each service individually. This ensures skin tolerance and safety before layering advanced modalities. • Outside Provider Policy: No advanced services (including chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, or aggressive exfoliation) may be received from any other provider within 30 days of your appointment. • Hair Removal Timing Requirements: – Laser hair removal must be completed at least 5 days prior to your appointment. – Waxing must be completed at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ! Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy Booking & Cancellation Policy By booking any service with Sxyn by Me.E, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are strictly enforced and apply to all clients without exception. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service charge. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service total. • Same-day cancellations are considered within the 24-hour window and will be charged 100% of the service total. • No exceptions. ⸻ Late Arrivals • Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment shortened or canceled at the provider’s discretion. • If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and charged accordingly. • Full service time is not guaranteed for late arrivals. ⸻ No Call / No Show • No call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. • Payment authorization at booking constitutes consent for all applicable charges. ⸻ Booking Privileges • Clients who no call/no show, cancel within 24 hours, or repeatedly arrive late may lose booking privileges. • Future appointments may require approval. ⸻ Acknowledgment By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above. Failure to comply does not exempt the client from applicable charges. ⸻ Final Note These policies exist to protect the time, preparation, and availability of a solo esthetician who reserves appointments exclusively for each client. Respect for scheduled time ensures fairness, professionalism, and consistent service for all.
